We are a fast growing SaaS company offering a new software category to the market which helps digital officers, marketers and developers fast forward the creation of relevant customer experiences in any channel. Now we are looking for an Regional Sales Director who wants to enlighten CDOs, CIOs and CMOs with a new way to build customer experiences and grow our business in Europe.

We help our customers to unlock their experience data from silos so they can spend less time integrating data and more time being creative with data to make their customer experience stand out. We are bringing a new type of software category to the market - The Experience Data Platform.

We are looking for a passionate and team-playing Regional Sales Director who put a lot pride in the art of sales, has a closer mindset that is backed up by a track record. To be successful in this we appreciate if you have a passion for value-based sales, a challenger mentality, a trustworthy and structured personality with an ability to make people enthusiastic about new things.
You will be a part of a tight team of specialists from sales, marketing, and customer success, where we together guide our customers from first contact to closed business and successful usage of our service. Your effort will be an essential difference in how fast we can attract new customers to join our family!
In summary, here is what you will be responsible for:
- Find, develop and close opportunities with new customers.
- Continuously identify and develop strong relations with key stakeholders and C-level decision-makers on such accounts.
- Collaborate with partner development and marketing to help fuel the company pipeline with relevant opportunities.
- Report pipeline development in the CRM continuously to enable a data-driven sales approach.
This is what your experience and skillsets will need to include:
- 3+ years of software sales experience in B2B, preferably in SaaS and Digital Commerce
...OR have an extensive experience from one of our target industries and is curious about tech! International sales experience is highly meriting. - Strong communication and dynamic relationship skills who master modern sales mechanics like social, challenger, and insight sales.
- Keen technical interest, preferably with a solid understanding of modern IT technologies such as Cloud, Micro-services, APIs & frontend frameworks
- Proven track record of running sales at a high pace and hitting ambitious sales targets, preferably in the enterprise domain.
- Structured and data-driven.
- You are fluent in business English
